- What past memories of good things in my own life can I use to invoke good feelings and emotions?
- Then transfer to thoughts and images about good times I desire to have in the present time. Simply stop writing and just bathe yourself in these feelings while focusing on what you want now. These are each powerful manifestation techniques in themselves.
IMPORTANT: The key word is to bring yourself back to having what you want, in the present moment. That’s because “now” is the only time the subconscious can understand. And the subconscious wants to give you whatever you ask. It’s already doing it. Your job is to be more enlightened about what and how you request whenever you’re using any of the manifestation techniques you may find. Just generate these good feelings in your body, feel the higher emotions of your heart, and use them to reinforce the positive picture-thoughts in your mind. Of you having what you request, NOW.
