Here are two examples of natural intuition you may have already experienced:

  • Walking into a room and sensing an immediate ambiance, a not quite physical scent or feeling in the air, or a just a feeling in your gut. You just ‘know’ that something occurred in there. You may even experience a flash like a brief scene from the event or conversation.
  • Going somewhere or seeing something but instead of a brief flash, you seem to ‘know’ more. Every detail in fact, even if your common sense tries to deny it, suddenly gets opened up to your awareness. And later you learn just how accurate this is.

Déjà What?

Most people have had these kinds of these intuitive experiences. The French have a word for it: déjà vu. But can you explain why you feel that way? Or know what makes the hairs stand up on the back of your head? Just what causes those powerful gut feelings you later find were true premonitions of events that have  come to pass after your precognitive experience, or those you ‘read’ after the fact without prior knowledge whatsoever?

The answer is, of course, you are blessed with intuitive abilities that can as easily warn you of danger or helping you understand difficult situations.

So how can you use intuition meditation?

You can use it to develop your innate intuitive abilities, to call them up on command and gain insight on whatever you want, whenever you like?

Easily. In fact, a scientific fact proves that when you close your eyes, your brain starts producing frequencies or vibrations that help you tune into these things very easily.

These brain frequencies are known as alpha waves. And you produce them just as easily when you meditate as you do when you relax with your eyes closed. Or just before or after you sleep at night.
